Best seller in Italy
It’s been another wonderful week for my Julie Caplin book, The Little Tokyo Teashop which was published in Italy at the beginning of this month. For the second week running it has hit the bestseller lists, receiving plenty of magazine and newspaper coverage, as well as some great reviews. As always, the foreign edition front covers get a bit of a makeover and I love the Italian version. It depitcts familiar icons of Japan, including Mount Fuji and the cherry blossom, in a delightfully original style.
The Little Tokyo Teashop also come out in Holland this month and is due to be published in Germany and the Czech Republic in the summer of 2021.
As part of the publicity for the Dutch publication, I appeared on a book news podcast and had a lovely time chatting to Sjors Van Veen, all about the writing process. If you fancy listening here are the links
